type, and I hate it when my long messages get 1 view. >=O =) There was a time where the constructive critisism outweighed straight out negative comments like "your Z sucks". I guess that's the narural progression of an online forum such as this, though. Nothing stays constant with any group of people, and age/opinions/experience, etc. changes peoples attitudes. Sure, it's great fun to get into a name-calling B&B vs. Labree debate, or a heated argument over why someone shouldn't install a Hiper exhaust or ugly ebay parts on their Z. But it's not cool when members start staright-out bashing vendors, and other members of the forum. If you've had a problem with a vendor, plug in your $.02; YOUR experience with them... it doesn't have to be a snide, condesending remark about them. The point comes through either way. If a problem with a member or organization, and you haven't talked with them first, don't post it on the forum just to start a flame war. "oh, I didn't know I should e-mail them first" f*ing d'hu!. If someone has an ugly Z, and there are a lot of them I'm sure, don't mock them off of the forum. Why not say "hey, I think I might have done this: **** instead, why not look into that?". At least these folks came to the better (IMO) forum first. This is your chance to make a good example. Maybe the opinions of the majority might make the new guy looking at the Veilside body kit say "hey, you're right.. the Z does look better stock. My eyes have been clouded by F&F and shitty magazines!". If said person still wants it, let it be... it's not going on your car, and scaring him off the forum isn't going to change the fact he'll be putting it on his. Isn't that why this forum is here? That's the reason I was drawn to this forum almost 5 years ago. Gobs if information, and friendly folks who answered my noobish questions with real answers. If all you want to do is make fun of said persons car, wait until the forum scares him over to 3zc.com and poke fun at him/her over there. I'm not really ranting. I could care less either way. Have a nice day, folks. =)
